This summer, we work on our waking up habits
Before we are Awaken (well, that’s not tomorrow for me at least), we should work on the way we waken up each morning.
Instead of jumping out of your bed or slinding from it as a zomby, try to waken up smoothly, stretch while you keep your eyes closed, yawn and slowly open your eyes.
Holydays are a lovely time to nurture this very good habit.
